Author Guidelines
Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:
1. General Requirements
The minimum standard requirements of Laksamana: Internasional Journal Of Islamic Education Management must be:
- Written in English.
- The length of the submitted paper is at least 11 pages and no more than 15 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper is needing more than 15 pages.
- Use of a tool such as Zotero or Mendeley for reference management and formattingand choose Turabian of Style 8th Edition (full note).
- Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Laksamana: International Journal of Islamic Management Education Template
2. Structure of The Paper
The paper must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:
- Title
The title of the paper should describe research aims, method/model, and objective, without Acronym or abbreviation - Abstract
The Abstract has a maximum of 200 Word; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, results, findings, and - Keywords
Add at least one and up to five keywords to your article. Keywords will allow your article to be more easily searchable when published
3. Section structure
Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure:
- Introduction
The introduction should set the study in context by briefly reviewing relevant knowledge of the subject; follow this with a concise statement of the objectives of the study.
- Method
A brief description of the methods/techniques used (the principles of these methods should not be described if readers can be directed to easily accessible references or standard texts).
- Results and Discussion
A clear presentation of experimental results obtained, highlighting any trends or points of interest. The results should not be repeated in both tables and figures. The discussion should relate to the significance of the observations.
- Conclusion
A brief explanation of the significance and implications of the work reported.
- Acknowledgments
Any individuals who contributed to the manuscript but do not meet the necessary criteria for authorship should be acknowledged. Acknowledgments should be limited to those who helped extensively, such as providing statistical help, essential equipment, or translating references.
- References
The main references are national accredited and/or international journals paper and proceedings (70% of 15 references). All references should be to the most pertinent and up-to-date sources (last 10 years). References are written in Turabian of Style 8th Edition (full note),at least 15 references of recently published research. Please use a consistent format for references.
4. Reviewing of manuscripts
Every submitted paper is independently reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers with a double-blind review. The Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendations. If two or more reviewers consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within four weeks of the submission date.
5. Revision of manuscripts
Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. Revised manuscripts can be sent to the editorial office through the Online Submission Interface (https://ejournal.kampusmelayu.ac.id/index.php/laksamana). The revised manuscripts returned later than three weeks will be considered as new submissions.

7. Guideline for Online Submission
an author should first register as Author and/or is offered as Reviewer through the following address: https://ejournal.kampusmelayu.ac.id/index.php/laksamana/user/register
The author should fulfill the form as detail as possible where the star marked form must be entered. After all form textbox was filled, the Author clicks on the “Register” button to proceed with the registration. Therefore, the Author is brought to an online author submission interface where Author should click on “New Submission”. In the Start, a New Submission section, click on “’ Click Here’: to go to step one of the five-step submission process”. The following are five steps in the online submission process:
- Step 1 - Starting the Submission: Select the appropriate section of the journal, i.e. Original Research Articles, Review Article, or Short Communication. Thus, the author must check-mark on the submission checklists.
- Step 2 – Uploading the Submission: To upload a manuscript to this journal, click Browse on the Upload submission file item and choose the manuscript document file to be submitted, then click the Upload button.
- Step 3 – Entering Submission’s Metadata: In this step, detail authors metadata should be entered including a marked corresponding author. After that, manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying the text and paste in the textbox including keywords and authors must include an active phone number.
- Step 4 – Uploading Supplementary Files: Supplementary file should be uploaded including Covering/Submission Letter, and Signed Copyright Transfer Agreement Form. Therefore, click on the Browse button, choose the files, and then click on the Upload button.
- Step 5 – Confirming the Submission: The author should final check the uploaded manuscript documents in this step. To submit the manuscript to Equilibrium journal, click Finish Submission button after the documents are true. The corresponding author or the principal contact will receive an acknowledgment by email and will be able to view the submission’s progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web address site.
After this submission, the Authors who submit the manuscript will get a confirmation email about the submission. Therefore, Authors can track their submission status at any time by logging in to the online submission interface. The submission tracking includes a status of manuscript review and editorial process.
8. Management Software
Every manuscript sent in the kaisa journal other than reviewed, in the preparation of both the quotation and reference is expected to use supporting software such as Mendeley, Endnotes, Zotero, Grammarly, and others. but also checking similarity so that the quality and originality of the article can be accounted for using Turnitin software with a maximum limit of 30% similarity.
